Flower & plant care guide

Your delivery has been especially prepared for you and delivered by your local florist. Some flowers may have been delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Please see your flower or plant food sachet for guidance on how to prolong the life of your flowers.

Once you have fully unwrapped your flowers and trimmed the stems at an angle, place your flowers, along with the flower food, into a non-metallic vase containing water. All you need to do then is display in a cool shady place away from draughts, direct heat or sunlight, removing any fading flowers.

Handle with care

Lily pollen may stain, carefully remove stamens from any newly opened flowers and avoid direct contact.

We strongly recommend that you do not place your flowers or plants on an unprotected surface.

These flowers or plants are for display only and must not be eaten. Certain plants and flowers may be harmful or cause irritation. In case of irritation, wash affected area immediately with cold water. Do not touch irritated skin and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery*.

Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of this product or service, please contact the florist who delivered this gift as soon as possible after delivery.

*Roses, summer and spring designated flowers will be guaranteed for a period of five days.
